The 'Routine' is a performance troupe made up of a selection of Mattierin's dancers. Mattierin Irish Dancers perform at a variety of functions and festivals throughout the year some of which include:

Heritage Days, the Ireland Fund of Canada's Emerald Ball, the Queen's Royal Visit to Edmonton, Voices for Hospice at the Winspear, the Canadian Prostate Cancer St. Patrick's Day Fundraiser, the Premier's Dinner, the PC Party's National Convention. Mattierin has made numerous St.Patrick's Day appearances throughout the city, and performed on local and national TV.

The Mattierin Routine Performers entertain at hospitals, senior's homes, schools and charity functions.Dancers have also been privileged to dance with The Chieftains, Eileen Ivers, The Wajjo African Drummers, the Caledonia Pipe Band and the Big Rock Pipe Band, Terry McDade and the McDades, Canada's Ukrainian Shumka dancers and many more.
